Who we are

Responsible Business

At Centellic, responsible business is a core part of what we do. As a global intelligence business, we recognize that our decisions affect a wide network of stakeholders: our employees, our clients, our partners and suppliers, our investors, the communities we touch, and the wider society in which we operate.

We believe growth and responsibility go hand in hand. Our ambition is to build a business that delivers high‑quality, trusted intelligence while contributing positively to the world around us. That means holding ourselves to high standards – ethically, socially and environmentally – and being thoughtful about the long‑term consequences of our actions.

Our approach to responsible business is shaped by that purpose. We focus on the areas where we can make a meaningful difference: supporting education and community initiatives, reducing our environmental impact as much as we can, creating an inclusive, engaging workplace and behaving with integrity in how we work with clients, suppliers and partners.

This is a journey and as our business evolves, so do our responsibilities. We measure progress, challenge ourselves to do better, and are transparent about where we are. Importantly, we see responsible business as something owned by everyone at Centellic, reflected in our culture, embedded in our decisions, and reinforced through action.

ESG Commitments

  • We believe businesses have a role to play beyond commercial success. At Centellic, our social impact focuses on long-term commitments, community-led partnerships and giving employees meaningful ways to support causes they care about. Aligning our social impact initiatives with our values helps employees see the connection between their work and positive change.

Our flagship partnership is our long-standing support of Swawou School for Girls in Sierra Leone. The school provides free primary education to girls from disadvantaged backgrounds, alongside meals, learning materials and a safe environment. Centellic helps fund the school’s core running costs, providing stability and supporting lasting impact.

Employee involvement is an important part of this work. Colleagues contribute through fundraising, volunteering and community initiatives, helping turn shared values into practical action. We also support broader participation through initiatives such as our paid Volunteer Day, which gives colleagues time to help local charities and causes. These opportunities strengthen understanding of the communities around us and bring our values to life.
  • We are committed to building a more sustainable business and to playing our part in addressing climate change. Environmental responsibility is a long-term business priority, embedded in how we operate and understood as a way to create organisation-wide value, rather than treated as a peripheral initiative.

Centellic has formally committed to Net Zero by 2050, supported by carbon audits, improved data collection and a decarbonisation roadmap focused on reducing emissions across our operations, supply chain, travel and events. Net Zero is a challenging journey, but our focus is on improving measurement, engaging suppliers on environmental practices, and making lower-impact choices across offices, technology and ways of working.

Employee engagement is also essential, helping shape priorities and drive everyday behaviour change. As our sustainability strategy evolves, we are committed to being transparent about progress, challenges and next steps, while building sustainability into the fabric of the business.
  • At the heart of Centellic’s responsible business approach are our people. We believe an inclusive, engaged and supported workforce is essential to building a successful, purpose-led organisation. Our aim is to create a workplace where everyone feels respected, valued and able to do their best work.

Inclusion at Centellic is about more than representation. It is about belonging, opportunity and voice, and about making sure people feel connected to our purpose and confident that their perspectives matter. We support this through engagement, open dialogue and leadership that helps teams work inclusively and grow together.

A key part of this commitment is our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). These employee-led communities bring people together around shared interests, experiences and causes, from diversity and wellbeing to sustainability and social impact. ERGs help shape our culture, support community initiatives and strengthen understanding across the business as we continue to listen, learn and evolve.
  • Responsible business at Centellic is grounded in how we behave every day, as well as in moments of decision. We are committed to acting ethically, maintaining high standards of quality and building trust across our stakeholder network. Good governance underpins this approach, supporting accountability, compliance and thoughtful decision-making across the business.

For our clients, responsibility means delivering accurate, reliable and high-quality intelligence they can depend on. Our reputation is built on trust, and we take seriously our obligation to uphold editorial integrity, rigorous standards and transparency in how our products are created and maintained.

We also recognise our responsibility as a partner to suppliers. We aim to work collaboratively and fairly, with clear expectations and shared standards that reflect our values. More broadly, we think about responsibility holistically, recognising that decisions in one part of the business can affect employees, clients, communities and the environment.

Swawou School, Sierra Leone

Centellic’s support for Swawou School for Girls, a community primary school in Kenema, Sierra Leone, is a core part of its commitment to long-term, practical social impact. Swawou was established to provide free, quality education in a child-friendly environment for girls, helping remove some of the barriers that too often prevent them from staying in school.

Sustainability

Our sustainability strategy focuses on practical action, credible but ambitious targets and long-term accountability. Guided by data and focusing on being market leaders in the area, we are prioritising the biggest sources of our emissions, including suppliers, events and business travel. We combine clear governance, measurable progress and employee engagement, helping us reduce environmental impact while supporting sustainable growth.
