Our rapidly growing product and technology team is made up of engineers, UX experts, product managers, business analysts, and a QA team.   • Our product managers own the full product lifecycle, from discovery through to delivery. Working directly with clients, domain experts and engineering, they shape what gets built and why
  • Our infrastructure runs on Azure, with a strong focus on security, resilience and performance at scale
  • We're building AI-native features across our platforms, from intelligent search and document summarization to agentic workflows, grounded in proprietary legal datasets
  • We're building the connective tissue that allows Centellic's intelligence to live natively inside our clients' own systems, through API integrations, MCP-based connectors and data partnerships
  • Our engineers work across a modern, cloud-native stack, building the platforms, data pipelines and integrations that deliver Centellic's intelligence to demanding users
  • Our QA engineers are embedded in product teams from the start of a sprint, not the end. Owning test strategy, quality and automating functional tests. Accessibility and Security are core priorities 
  • Once a year, we step off the roadmap entirely to meet up and learn. TechWeek is our dedicated time for experimentation, knowledge sharing and building things because they're interesting
  • We champion the smart use of AI-powered coding tools to help our engineers write better code, faster.
